The BRASSCRAFT BRPX19V120DLXB is a one-piece toilet supply assembly combining a multi-turn shutoff valve with an integral 12-inch vinyl supply line. The valve inlet accepts a 1/2-inch nominal crimp PEX barb connection, and the outlet terminates at a 7/8-inch ballcock fitting sized for standard toilet fill valves. A flange is included at the supply line end for a finished appearance at the floor or wall escutcheon. Constructed with lead-free brass in the valve body, this assembly meets lead-free compliance requirements for potable water service. Licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers install this type of fitting during toilet rough-in, replacement supply connections, or PEX-to-fixture transitions.
This assembly is suited for residential toilet installations where PEX supply tubing terminates at the shutoff valve. The crimp PEX barb inlet is compatible with standard 1/2-inch PEX crimp ring installation using a PEX crimp tool and copper or stainless crimp rings. The 7/8-inch ballcock outlet connects directly to most standard residential toilet fill valves. The integral 12-inch vinyl supply line eliminates the need for a separate flexible connector between the valve and the toilet tank.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation supply for residential toilets equipped with standard 7/8-inch ballcock inlet fittings and served by 1/2-inch nominal PEX crimp supply lines.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the main water supply and flush the toilet to relieve line pressure before beginning any supply connection work. Use a calibrated PEX crimp tool with the correct 1/2-inch die to seat the crimp ring fully on the barb inlet. Do not overtighten the ballcock nut at the toilet tank inlet, as cross-threading or excessive torque can crack the tank fitting.
