Brasscraft AU1-8-12S is a steel female gas fitting that adapts a 1/2 in. O.D. flared gas connector to a 3/4 in. female iron pipe (FIP) appliance inlet or supply. It features a one-piece steel body with large wrench flats, is rated for -40 to 150 F and 300 PSI, and is intended for use with natural, manufactured, and liquefied petroleum (LP) gases on moderate BTU appliances.

  • Connection: 1/2 in. O.D. flare to 3/4 in. FIP; fits 1/2 in. O.D. (3/8 in. ID) gas connectors.
  • Construction: one-piece solid steel body with corrosion-resistant plating and large wrench flats for installation.
