The BRAMEC 19113 is an EPDM Master Flash pipe flashing designed to create a watertight roof penetration seal around pipes, vents, and conduit passing through residential and light commercial roofing systems. The flexible EPDM boot accommodates pipe diameters from 3 inches to 6 inches and is rated for temperatures from -65 degrees F to 275 degrees F. The base is constructed from a flexible aluminum alloy, allowing it to conform to pitched or irregular roof surfaces. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and roofing contractors install this flashing as part of code-compliant pipe-through-roof assemblies. It is UPC listed and manufactured in the USA with a 20-year warranty.
This flashing is suited for residential and light commercial roofing applications where a durable, UV-resistant seal is needed around pipes, flues, conduit, or vent stacks penetrating the roof deck. The EPDM material resists ozone and weathering, making it appropriate for long-term outdoor exposure. The flexible aluminum alloy base can be shaped to match various roof pitches and surface contours, reducing the need for additional sealants or underlayment modifications at the penetration point.
Designed as an OEM-style pipe flashing for residential and light commercial roof penetration applications accommodating round pipes and vents with outside diameters from 3 inches to 6 inches.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or roofing contractors depending on the pipe type and local jurisdiction requirements. Before installation, ensure the roof surface is clean and dry and that the penetrating pipe is fully set at its final position. Shape the aluminum alloy base to match the roof slope before fastening, and follow local building code requirements for fastener type and sealant at the flashing perimeter. Do not stretch the EPDM boot beyond its rated pipe diameter range.
