The Braeburn BRAE-7320 is a smart Wi-Fi universal programmable thermostat designed for multi-stage residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Operating at 24 volts, it supports up to 3 heat and 2 cool stages, making it suitable for both conventional forced-air systems and heat pump applications. The unit features a large touchscreen display and offers 7-day programmable scheduling with temperature control range from 45 degrees F to 90 degrees F. Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote control via smartphone, tablet, or PC using the free BlueLink Smart Connect application. Licensed HVAC technicians install this thermostat as part of a low-voltage control system replacement or new equipment commissioning.
The BRAE-7320 is suited for residential and light commercial installations where multi-stage heating and cooling control is required. It is compatible with conventional systems and heat pump systems requiring up to 3H/2C staging. The thermostat also supports optional Braeburn wireless or wired remote sensors for enhanced zone sensing. Its horizontal wall-mount form factor fits standard single-gang thermostat locations. Systems requiring humidity control are also supported through the onboard humidity control feature.

Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Always disconnect power to the air handler or furnace control board before removing the existing thermostat or making any low-voltage wiring connections. The BRAE-7320 supports a full terminal set including Rh, Rc, C, W1/E, W2/AUX, O/B, Y1, Y2, G, L, A, K, S1, and S2 — verify each wire label against the existing system wiring diagram before terminating. Follow NEC low-voltage wiring guidelines and the equipment manufacturer installation instructions when commissioning.
