Brady 65454 is a danger lockout tag printed "Locked Out - Do Not Operate - Unauthorized Removal" on cardstock for lockout/tagout identification. Each tag measures approximately 5-3/4 in by 3 in and is supplied in packs of 25 for equipment and valve tagging. The cardstock B-853 surface provides a write-on area and is intended for indoor, non-harsh environments to warn personnel that machinery is locked out.
