The BOSS PRODUCTS 12503 Multi-Seal Building/Construction Sealant is a multi-purpose, one-part sealant formulated with USP Technology. This sealant is free from solvents and isocyanates. It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable, flexible seal with primerless adhesion to common building materials. It can be applied in most weather conditions and is paintable with most latex base paints.
