It features a 3/8-inch diameter, 4-inch flute length, and 6-inch overall length. Diffusion bonding technology creates a stronger carbide-to-steel bond, reducing tip wear compared to standard two-cutter designs. The centric conical tip centers the bit on contact, guiding it through aggregate for rounder, more accurate holes. Intended for use by licensed contractors, concrete trades, and skilled installers working in structural and masonry applications.
This bit is optimized for heavy-duty SDS-Plus rotary hammers used in residential and commercial concrete drilling. Typical applications include anchor bolt placement, through-slab penetrations, and rebar-dense structural concrete. The full-carbide head geometry delivers up to four times the service life in rebar and 40 percent more life in concrete compared to competitive full-head carbide bits. The built-in wear mark on the shank allows the operator to confirm that the bit is still producing holes at the correct diameter before committing to critical anchor placements.
Designed for use with SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills in heavy-duty applications. The SDS-Plus shank is the standard interface for this bit class and fits SDS-Plus chucks across major rotary hammer platforms.
