The ROBERT BOSCH TOOL GROUP HCFC2011 is a carbide SDS-Plus rotary hammer drill bit from the Bulldog Xtreme line, engineered for heavy-duty concrete and rebar drilling applications. It measures 3/16 inches in diameter with a 4-inch flute length and 6.5-inch overall length. The bit uses Diffusion Bonding Technology to create a stronger carbide-to-steel bond, resulting in longer service life compared to standard SDS-Plus bits. A wear mark on the shank provides a quick visual check that the hole diameter remains accurate throughout the bit's working life.
This bit is suited for licensed trade professionals and experienced tradespeople who run heavy-duty rotary hammers on residential and commercial jobsites. Typical applications include anchor hole drilling in concrete slabs, CMU block, and rebar-reinforced structural concrete. The centric conical tip guides the bit on center at start and through the bore, producing rounder, more consistent holes. It is optimized specifically for heavy-duty rotary hammer tools using the SDS-Plus drive interface.
Designed for use with heavy-duty rotary hammer tools equipped with an SDS-Plus chuck interface. The SDS-Plus drive is a widely adopted standard across rotary hammers in the 1-inch and under class used throughout the trade.
Insert the bit fully into the SDS-Plus chuck until it clicks and locks before operating the tool. Always wear appropriate eye and hearing protection when drilling into concrete or rebar. Inspect the bit for carbide tip damage or shank wear before each use and retire the bit when the wear mark indicates the hole diameter is no longer within tolerance. Bit changes and inspections should be performed with the tool powered off and unplugged or battery removed.
