The ROBERT BOSCH TOOL GROUP HCBG22T is a BluGranite Turbo carbide hammer drill bit engineered for demanding masonry applications. Built with Bosch-made carbide and a four-grind head, it delivers two additional cutting angles compared to standard masonry bits, contributing to longer service life and faster material removal. The hex shank is impact-rated, making this bit compatible with both hammer drill/drivers and impact drivers. A milled U-flute design with deep-cut spirals moves dust out of the hole quickly, reducing heat buildup and bit wear during continuous use. At 3/4 inch diameter with a 6-inch overall length and 4-inch flute length, it covers common anchor and fastener holes in block, brick, and concrete.
This bit is suited for residential and light commercial masonry work including concrete block, brick, stone, and similar substrates. Contractors, tile setters, and general tradespeople use it when setting anchors, running conduit sleeves, or drilling through masonry walls. The impact-rated hex shank adds versatility on the job site by eliminating the need to switch tools between impact driver and hammer drill. The multi-grind carbide centering tip seats accurately on uneven or rough masonry surfaces, reducing bit walking at the start of the hole. Sold in a package of three units.
