Part of the BluGranite Turbo series, it measures 5/16 inches in diameter with a 10 inch overall length and 7.5 inch flute length. The hex shank is impact rated, allowing use in both impact drivers and hammer drill/drivers. The 4-grind head adds two additional cutting angles compared to standard masonry bits, contributing to longer service life and faster drilling speeds. This package contains 5 bits. The HCBG10T is suited for residential and commercial applications where drilling into brick, block, or masonry is required. The milled U-flute geometry with deep cut spirals promotes rapid dust and debris evacuation from the hole, which is especially useful in overhead or deep-bore scenarios common in mechanical system rough-in work. The multi-grind carbide centering tip supports accurate bit placement on irregular or textured masonry surfaces.
Designed for use in standard hex-shank impact drivers and hammer drill/drivers. The impact-rated hex shank format fits tools accepting 1/4 inch or standard hex chuck adapters commonly found on hammer drill/driver platforms.
Installation of this bit should be performed by qualified tradespeople familiar with rotary and hammer drilling techniques. Ensure the tool is powered off and the chuck is fully secured before inserting or removing the bit. Eye protection and dust mitigation measures are recommended when drilling masonry, in accordance with applicable jobsite safety requirements.
