The BONEHAM SFT368ID is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Carrying the industry code SF, this headed bushing features an inside diameter of 0.295 inches with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, ensuring accurate tool guidance during drilling, reaming, and boring operations. The body outside diameter measures 0.5625 inches (9/16 inches) and the length under head is 0.5 inches (1/2 inches). Constructed from steel and classified as a renewable bushing, it is designed to be removed and replaced without disturbing the liner bushing pressed into the jig plate. The lock screw compatibility is LS-TW-2.
