The BONEHAM SFT3616IH is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools accurately during drilling, reaming, and boring operations. Built to industry code SF, this headed bushing accepts a drill or reamer with a 0.302 inch inside diameter and seats into a jig plate via its 0.5625 inch body outside diameter. The steel construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for repeated tooling cycles in production jig and fixture work. The inside diameter tolerance is held to a tight plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0005 inch band, ensuring consistent tool guidance across high-volume runs.

This bushing is used in drill jig applications across metal fabrication, machining, and tool-and-die operations. It installs into a prepared liner bushing or directly into a jig plate, and the headed design provides a positive stop against the work surface. The renewable design allows the bushing to be swapped out when worn without replacing the entire jig fixture, making it well suited for production environments where tooling wears regularly.
