Built to SF industry standards, it features a 0.29 inch inside diameter, a 7/16 inch body outside diameter, and a 1 inch length under the head. The bushing is machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, providing wear resistance suited to repeated production use. A 5/8 inch head outside diameter and 1/4 inch head height allow it to seat flush against a jig plate surface. The inside diameter tolerance of plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0005 inches ensures consistent tool guidance across high-volume runs.
