The BONEHAM SFT2812HU is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools accurately during drilling, reaming, and similar machining operations. Built to industry code SF, this bushing features a 0.277 inch inside diameter (letter size J), a 7/16 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/4 inch length under the head. Manufactured from steel hardened to 60-65 HRC, it provides long service life in high-wear fixture applications. The headed design and renewable configuration allow it to be removed and replaced without disturbing the jig plate, making it a practical choice for production tooling environments. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches for consistent tool guidance.
