Built to the SF industry code, this renewable bushing features a 0.204 inch inside diameter and a 3/8 inch body outside diameter, with a 1/4 inch length under the head. Constructed from steel hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, it delivers consistent bore geometry and long service life under repeated drilling cycles. The headed design and slip-fixed configuration allow the bushing to be removed and replaced without disturbing the liner bushing or fixture plate.
