The BONEHAM SFT2416GK is a slip-fixed (SF) drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Machined from steel and hardened to 60-65 HRC, this headed bushing features a 0.209 inch inside diameter, a 3/8 inch body outside diameter, and a 1 inch length under head. The slip-fixed design allows the bushing to be installed and removed from a liner bushing without disturbing the workpiece, making it well suited for multi-operation drilling setups. The inside diameter tolerance is held to +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches for repeatable tool guidance. Compatible with the LS-TW-2 lock screw. This bushing meets ANSI standards and is a renewable component.

The SFT2416GK is used in production drilling, reaming, and boring jigs where consistent hole location is critical. It fits into a pressed-in liner bushing and locks in place via a lock screw to prevent rotation during operation.
