Built to ANSI standards, it features a 0.136 inch inside diameter (wire size No. 29), a 0.25 inch body outside diameter, and a 0.25 inch length under head. The hardened steel construction is rated 60 to 65 HRC, providing the wear resistance required for high-cycle jig and fixture work. A 7/16 inch head outside diameter and 0.25 inch head height allow positive seating in standard drill jig plates. This bushing is renewable and compatible with LS-TW-2 lock screws, making it suitable for tooling setups that require periodic bushing replacement without disturbing the jig body.
