The bushing is machined from steel for durability under repeated drilling cycles. A renewable design allows the bushing to be replaced in the liner without disturbing the fixture setup. The head outside diameter measures 1-51/64 inches with a 3/8 inch head height. Inside diameter tolerance is held to a tight plus 0.0002 to plus 0.0006 inch range for consistent tool guidance.
