The bushing is manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, delivering the wear resistance required for repeated fixture use in production environments. The headed design and LS-1 lock screw compatibility secure the bushing firmly in the drill jig or fixture plate, preventing rotation and axial movement during operation.
