Built to ANSI standards, it features a 0.182 inch (wire size 14) inside diameter and a 0.500 inch body outside diameter, with a 3/8 inch length under the head. The head-style design and hardened steel construction — rated 60 to 65 HRC — make it suited for high-wear drilling operations where consistent positional accuracy is required. A renewable design and LS-1 lock screw compatibility allow for easy field replacement without disturbing the liner bushing. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders are the primary installers.
