The BONEHAM SF326FK is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed for precision hole guidance in jig and fixture applications. Built to ANSI standards, this SF-series bushing features a 0.177 inch (No. 16 wire gauge) inside diameter and a 0.5 inch body outside diameter, with a 0.375 inch length under the head. Machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, it delivers the dimensional accuracy and wear resistance required for production drilling operations. The head-type design locks into a drill jig liner and accepts an LS-1 compatible lock screw for positive retention during use.

Slip-fixed bushings in the SF series are used in drill jigs where a single bushing guides the drill through repeated operations without removal between cycles. This bushing is suited for metal fabrication, toolroom, and production machining environments. The renewable design allows the bushing to be replaced when worn without replacing the jig plate or liner. An inside diameter tolerance of plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0004 inches ensures consistent drill guidance and repeatable hole location across high-volume runs.

Installation Notes
