The BONEHAM SF326EQ is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed for precision hole location and guidance in jig and fixture applications. Manufactured from steel with a hardness rating of 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing provides repeatable drill guidance under production conditions. It features a 0.152 inch inside diameter (wire size 24), a 0.5 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/8 inch length under head. The headed design and LS-1 compatible lock screw retention make it suitable for jig plates where the bushing must be secured against rotation and axial pullout.
