The BONEHAM H3212IM is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing manufactured from hardened steel for use in jig and fixture applications. It features a 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) inside diameter with a close tolerance bore of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 1/2 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/4 inch length under the head. The head outside diameter measures 39/64 inch with a 7/32 inch head height. Hardness is rated at 60 to 65 HRC, making it suitable for high-wear drilling operations where dimensional accuracy and repeatability are required.
