The Bon 22-248 concrete form is ideal for decorative concrete. These high density plastic forms can be bent to a 3' radius. The forms are 12' long and available in 4" and 6" heights. Inserts extend 4 1/2" into adjoining form to keep forms aligned. Use with Concrete Form Clamp (#12-719).
