The BMI 46004 Press-Fit Coupling is designed for secure connections in carbon gas applications. This 1/2 inch coupling features a press-fit connection for quick installation using electro-hydraulic press tools, reducing labor costs. It is equipped with an HNBR sealing element and a stainless-steel ring for a firm grip on the pipe. Protected by a Zinc-Nickel coating, it is suitable for Sch. 40 Black Iron or Galvanized fittings, with pipes complying with ASTM A53, A106, A135, A795 standards. It operates at a maximum working pressure of 125 psi and a temperature range of -40°F to 180°F.
