The BLACK SWAN 7010 PVC Cement is a regular bodied, fast set, high strength PVC solvent cement used to join PVC pipe and fittings. It is effective when used in temperature ranges from 40° F to 100° F. For PVC pipe and fittings up to 4", schedule 40 and 2" schedule 80.
