The Black Swan 04009 is a 1-1/8-inch thick urethane foam wax ring impregnated with wax, designed to form a water-tight, gas-tight and odor-tight seal for floor-mount toilet bowls with 3-inch and 4-inch waste lines. It includes a plastic flange to extend the discharge opening for proper bowl alignment, contains 40% more wax than standard rings, and meets Federal Specification TT-P-1536A. Intended for toilet installation and repair.
