The BLACK SWAN 02145 is a PTFE pipe sealing tape designed for water line connections in plumbing systems. Commonly called thread seal tape or plumber's tape, it wraps around male pipe threads before assembly to create a leak-free seal. The tape is 1/2 inch wide and 260 inches long, with a thickness of 0.003 mil. Its pink color follows the color-coding convention for water service lines, making it easy to identify the correct tape on a job site. Licensed plumbers and pipe fitters use this product during new installations and repair work on threaded pipe connections.

Installation Notes
