The BK 103-204 is a molded Celcon hose bibb designed for use in plumbing systems where chemical resistance and durability are critical. Built from Celcon acetal copolymer, this valve handles temperatures ranging from -20 degrees F to 180 degrees F and sustains working pressures up to 150 psi. The washerless stem design eliminates the need for a stem washer, reducing maintenance and extending service life. Connections are MIP inlet by 3/4-inch male hose thread outlet. Licensed plumbers and experienced service techs install this valve in both standard water supply lines and specialty fluid applications.
This hose bibb is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing installations where exposure to aggressive or non-standard fluids is a concern. Its chemical-resistant Celcon construction makes it appropriate for use with normal potable water as well as abnormal fluids such as gasoline, cleaning fluids, and similar chemicals. The wide temperature and pressure range supports a variety of indoor and outdoor plumbing scenarios where a conventional brass or bronze bibb may be inadequate due to corrosion or chemical degradation.
Designed as a replacement or new-installation hose bibb for plumbing systems requiring chemical-resistant valving at MIP x 3/4-inch male hose thread connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC code requirements. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the line before making any connections. Use thread sealant tape or compound rated for the intended fluid type on all threaded joints. Do not overtighten Celcon fittings, as acetal copolymer threads can crack under excessive torque.
