The BEST WELDS 900-57n75xl is an alumina TIG nozzle cup designed for use with large gas lens configurations on a wide range of TIG torches. At 3.25 inches in length with a 3/8-inch orifice opening, this Size 6 cup delivers consistent shielding gas coverage across most TIG welding operations. Alumina construction provides high impact resistance, strong thermal conductivity, and heat resistance that exceeds lava nozzle alternatives. Licensed welders and HVAC pipe welders handling stainless, aluminum, and titanium work commonly reach for alumina cups as their standard shop nozzle.
