Product Description

The Bernard 7010046 is a Centerfire Series gas diffuser and gasless slim tip holder designed for self-shielded, flux-cored welding. It accepts drop-in tips with no threads, enabling quick tip changes after burn back, and features a large-diameter tip base with a tapered seat to improve electrical conductivity and heat transfer. An internal spatter shield within the nozzle protects the diffuser and produces smoother, less turbulent gas flow. Compatible with Bernard BTB, Q-Gun, and S-Gun models for .023" - 3/32" wire.
