The BELDEN INC. RVAPPA1U24BK is a 10GX RevConn angled patch panel designed for high-density structured cabling installations. Built to CAT6A performance standards, it supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications and is engineered for use in telecommunications rooms, server rooms, and network distribution frames. The angled port design reduces cable stress and improves airflow management in rack-mounted environments. This panel is a 1U rack-mount unit with 24 ports, making it a practical solution for contractors and network technicians building or upgrading structured cabling infrastructure.
This patch panel is suited for commercial and enterprise network installations where CAT6A performance and cable management discipline are required. The RevConn termination system is intended to simplify field termination and reduce installation time. Typical applications include horizontal cabling distribution points in data centers, office buildings, and other structured cabling environments where 10GbE backbone or horizontal runs terminate at a central patch point.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and integration component for CAT6A structured cabling systems in standard 19-inch EIA equipment racks.
Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage cabling technician or structured cabling contractor. Power down any active patch connections and follow applicable TIA-568 cabling standards and local building codes before beginning termination work. Ensure cable slack and bend radius limits are observed when dressing patch cords to the angled ports. Do not exceed the cable bend radius specifications of the connected cable during installation.
