It features an OM3 multimode fiber core, an MPO8 female connector on one end, and four LC duplex connectors on the other, making it a standard breakout configuration for splitting a trunk cable into individual LC ports. The cable ships at a length of 5.5 meters. Fiber optic technicians and low-voltage cabling contractors are the primary installers of this assembly.
This patch cable is suited for high-density fiber installations where an MPO backbone must fan out to individual LC-connected equipment such as switches, transceivers, or patch panels.
