The BELDEN INC. C601308050 is a Cat6 Plus CMR-rated pigtail-style patch cable finished in gray. It is designed for structured cabling installations in commercial and light industrial environments where a Communications Multipurpose Riser (CMR) flame rating is required by code. At 50 feet in length, this cable bridges horizontal runs, patch panels, and network equipment in riser and plenum-adjacent spaces. Licensed low-voltage technicians and network cabling contractors install this cable as part of standards-compliant Cat6 infrastructure. The CMR rating meets NEC Article 800 requirements for riser applications, making it suitable for vertical runs between floors.
This cable is used in commercial office buildings, data centers, server rooms, and multi-story residential or mixed-use structures where riser-rated cabling is mandated. The pigtail configuration makes it well suited for direct termination at patch panels, keystone jacks, or equipment ports without additional field termination. It supports Gigabit Ethernet and standard Cat6 network applications in both new construction and retrofit structured cabling projects.
Designed as an OEM-style structured cabling component compatible with standard Cat6 patch panels, keystone jacks, and network switches in riser-rated commercial installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage or network cabling contractor in accordance with NEC Article 800 and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Verify that the CMR rating is appropriate for the intended pathway before routing in riser spaces. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius for Cat6 cable during routing, and avoid running parallel to high-voltage conductors without adequate separation. Power down or disconnect active network equipment ports before connecting or disconnecting the cable.
