The Barnes & Jones float and thermostatic (F&T) steam trap, model FT2015-5, has a one point two five trap connection in a H-pattern configuration. This allows steam to enter from either side and the condensate to discharge from either side. This pattern offers flexibility when piping. The FT2015-5 is made from cast iron and supports a maximum pressure of fifteen psi. It can handle a capacity of two thousand four hundred fifty-seven pounds per hour. These traps are ideal for heat exchange equipment needing to vent air and non-condensable gases quickly.
