Bapi BA/LDT4-RS5-BB is a water leak detector featuring two 5A SPST relays and a remote stainless steel sensor on a 5 ft FEP plenum-rated waterproof cable. Housed in a NEMA 4 polycarbonate BAPI-Box, the unit detects water within five seconds and provides green power and red alarm LED indication. It operates on 18-30 VAC (~4 VA), offers selectable latching/non-latching behavior and supervised or unsupervised relay operation, and is intended for integration with building monitoring systems.
