The BANDO AX112 is a classic cogged V-belt designed for power transmission in industrial, HVAC, and mechanical drive applications. Built to AX section standards, it features a 114-inch outside length, 0.5-inch belt width, and a 5/16-inch thickness. The cogged underside reduces bending resistance, allowing the belt to run cooler and flex around smaller-diameter sheaves more efficiently than a standard wrapped belt. Constructed from rubber with heat-resistant and oil-resistant properties, this belt is suited for demanding drive systems where thermal cycling and fluid exposure are common. It meets ARPM standards and is sold individually.
This belt is used in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and any belt-drive application requiring an AX-section cogged belt. Never pry a belt onto a sheave with a tool, as this can damage the belt cords.
