The BAHCO WBP900 is a 36-inch wrecking bar built from SCM440 alloy steel with an octagonal cross-section for improved grip and torque transfer. It features a bent end on one side and a flat end on the other, with a nail claw designed for single-handed nail extraction. The bar receives a full polished finish followed by a grey protective coating. Hardness runs uniformly from 49 HRC to 52.5 HRC across the entire length, ensuring consistent performance under heavy prying loads. Demolition crews, framers, and general contractors are the primary users of this tool.
The WBP900 suits residential and light commercial demolition work, framing teardown, concrete formwork removal, and general prying tasks. The nail claw end is positioned for leverage during extraction without repositioning the bar. The octagonal profile seats securely in gloved hands and resists rolling when set down on a surface. At 6.21 pounds, it provides enough mass for driven prying while remaining manageable for overhead or confined-space work.
Designed as a general-purpose wrecking bar suitable for demolition, framing, and prying applications where a 36-inch alloy steel bar is required.
This tool is used by carpenters, demolition workers, and general tradespeople. Always wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses and gloves when performing prying or demolition work. Inspect the bar before each use for cracks, deformation, or coating damage. Do not use a wrecking bar as a striking tool or apply extensions to the bar to increase leverage beyond its rated capacity.
