Product Description

The Ay McDonald 5132-229 is a 1 x 3/4 reducing adapter that connects a PEP-7 compression inlet to a 3/4 inch male NPT outlet. It is manufactured from UNS C89833 brass with lead-free construction for cold potable water and meets ANSI/AWWA C800 and NSF/ANSI 61/372. The fitting uses EPDM rubber gaskets in the compression portion and requires an insert stiffener for flexible plastic connections.
