The ASPEN aen-000+fcl15 is a 15 kW electric furnace heat kit engineered for manufactured housing applications. It delivers 51,182 BTU/h of heating output through a single-stage heating system powered by a three-phase, 208-240 VAC supply at 50/60 Hz. The unit features an ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) blower running at multiple speeds with a 3/4 HP rating and a CFM range of 640 to 1,850. Designed for both upflow and downflow air movement, this unit is a purpose-built solution that licensed HVAC technicians install in HUD-code manufactured homes and similar light-construction residential structures.
This heat kit is built for manufactured housing installations where space constraints and dual-airflow flexibility are priorities. The upflow and downflow capability makes it adaptable to a range of cabinet orientations common in manufactured home HVAC configurations. The AEN product family is matched to these applications, and the taupe cabinet finish is standard for this class of equipment. Electricians and HVAC technicians working in manufactured housing service will find the unit consistent with the electrical and airflow demands typical of these installations.
Designed as an OEM-style electric furnace heat kit for manufactured housing applications requiring upflow or downflow airflow configurations with three-phase 208-240 VAC power supply.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or electrician in accordance with NEC requirements and applicable HUD manufactured housing codes. Disconnect all electrical power at the main panel before servicing or installing this unit. Verify that the supply circuit matches the three-phase, 208-240 VAC requirement and that overcurrent protection does not exceed 60 amps. Filter supply is contractor-provided and should be sized based on the specific application and airflow requirements.
