The ASPEN aed-l-004+fcll10 is a 10-kilowatt (34,120 BTU) electric mobile home furnace designed for downflow installations. It uses a variable-speed blower sized to support 3 through 5 tons of cooling capacity, making it suitable for pairing with a matched air conditioner, heat pump, or evaporator coil in a split system. Operating on 208/240 volts at 60 Hz with a maximum breaker draw of 60 amps on a single circuit, this unit is built to the dimensional and electrical standards required for HUD-code manufactured housing. Licensed HVAC technicians perform the installation.
This furnace is intended for downflow mobile home applications where the air handler sits above the duct system and supply air is directed downward through the floor. It is rated for manufactured and mobile home use and carries refrigerant readiness for R-410A, R-32, and R-454B systems. Cross-brand compatibility is confirmed for R-410A, R-32, and R-454B air conditioners, heat pumps, and evaporator coils. Multi-stage compressor setups are not supported. No onboard Refrigerant Detection System is included, and no configuration change is needed when used with R-22 or R-410A systems.
Compatible with R-410A, R-32, and R-454B air conditioners, heat pumps, and evaporator coils from multiple brands. Multi-stage compressor systems are not compatible. Designed for mobile and manufactured home downflow duct configurations.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and the manufacturer's instructions for manufactured housing. Disconnect all power at the breaker panel before beginning any wiring or service work. Verify that the electrical circuit is properly sized for the 60-amp maximum draw and that the supply voltage matches the 208/240-volt requirement before energizing the unit. Do not use this furnace in upflow or horizontal applications.
