The ASHCROFT LPDN4GGV25 100 is a watertight dual setpoint pressure switch designed for industrial and commercial fluid control applications. It features a 316 stainless steel wetted surface and an aluminum housing built to handle pressure settings up to 1000 psi. The SPDT contact form supports multiple voltage configurations including 125 volts AC, 250 volts AC, 480 volts AC, 125 volts DC, and 250 volts DC, with an amperage rating of 0.5 to 15 amps. The 1/4 inch NPTF male thread connection makes installation straightforward in standard pipe fittings. Licensed HVAC technicians, industrial mechanics, and plumbing professionals install this switch in systems requiring independent high and low pressure control points.
This pressure switch is rated for water service and operates reliably across a temperature range of -20 degrees F to 150 degrees F. Its watertight, explosion-proof construction makes it appropriate for hazardous location installations classified under CLASS I DIV 1 GROUPS B, C, and D, as well as CLASS II DIV 1 GROUPS E, F, and G. The adjustable setpoint feature allows field calibration without replacing the switch, reducing service time on pressurized systems.
Rated for use with water. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install pressure switch for industrial and commercial pressurized water systems requiring dual setpoint control.
Installation should be performed by a licensed technician familiar with pressurized fluid systems and applicable local codes. De-energize all electrical circuits and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing the switch. Use appropriate thread sealant rated for the system fluid and pressure on the 1/4 inch NPTF fitting. Installations in classified hazardous locations must comply with NEC Article 500 requirements for explosion-proof equipment.
