The ASHCROFT 95424XLL is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for accurate system pressure monitoring across a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and process piping applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial face with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable readings are critical. The stainless steel case is rated to IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4, providing solid protection against dust and water ingress. Bronze wetted parts and a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube handle moderate-corrosion service environments. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face from impact and moisture. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters in both light commercial and industrial settings.
The 95424XLL mounts via a 1/4-inch MNPT center back connection, positioning the gauge flush against panels, manifolds, or pipe assemblies where a back-entry configuration is preferred. The non-liquid-filled design suits dry indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. It is well suited for monitoring supply, return, and distribution pressures on hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, water service piping, and general process equipment. The 2.5-inch dial size provides adequate readability at close to medium range without requiring additional magnification.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install pressure gauge for industrial and commercial piping systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount configuration with a 2.5-inch dial and a 0 to 100 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the ASME B40.100 standard for pressure gauges. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before threading the gauge into the port. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the MNPT threads per the system fluid compatibility requirements, and tighten to snug-plus-firm by hand and wrench without over-torquing the case. Verify zero reading before returning the system to operating pressure.
