The ASHCROFT 95423XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge rated from 0 to 60 psi, designed for demanding commercial and industrial service environments. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount connection, making it a direct fit for standard back-mount gauge ports. The stainless steel case (304/316 grade) and bronze wetted parts provide corrosion resistance suitable for a broad range of media. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of scale, meeting common industrial measurement requirements. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face from impact and moisture ingress. This gauge is dry (no liquid fill) and suits applications where vibration is not a primary concern.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, hydraulic, and general industrial systems where pressure monitoring up to 60 psi is required. The center back mount configuration allows clean panel or pipe installations where the gauge face needs to be flush and readable from a fixed vantage point. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers. The Series 1009 design is a widely recognized format in the trade for general-purpose pressure measurement.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial, HVAC, and plumbing systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount gauge with a 0 to 60 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician following applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 guidelines for pressure gauge installation. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any gauge. Use an appropriate thread sealant on the MNPT threads and avoid over-tightening, which can damage the gauge socket. Do not install this dry-fill gauge on systems with heavy continuous vibration without adding an isolation valve or snubber.
