The ASHCROFT 95099XLL is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for applications requiring reliable pressure monitoring from 0 to 30 psi. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a no-fill Bourdon tube design, a 304/316 stainless steel case, and stainless steel wetted parts for compatibility with a broad range of process media. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch MNPT connection allows direct pipe mounting in tight installations. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors typically install this gauge in industrial and commercial piping systems.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and light industrial systems where a compact, corrosion-resistant pressure gauge is required. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for mildly corrosive or high-humidity environments. The lower-mount orientation is common in panel-mounted or pipe-tee installations where the dial face must read vertically. The no-fill design keeps the gauge lightweight and avoids fluid-fill compatibility concerns on compatible process lines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for industrial, commercial, and residential piping systems requiring a 1/4-inch MNPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 30 psi range.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or qualified mechanical technicians. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the MNPT threads in accordance with applicable plumbing codes such as the IPC. Do not overtighten the brass or stainless fitting — use a wrench on the hex fitting body, not on the gauge case, to avoid damaging the Bourdon tube connection.
