The ASHCROFT 95093 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding trade and industrial applications. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy. The stainless steel case — grade 304 and 316 — resists corrosion and withstands harsh environments. The 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube provides reliable pressure sensing in wet, chemical-exposed, or vibration-prone systems. Liquid fill dampens needle movement, improving readability under pulsating pressure conditions. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors across a wide range of service environments.
The 95093 is suited for residential and commercial plumbing systems, HVAC hydronic loops, compressed air lines, water treatment systems, and general industrial piping where low-range pressure monitoring up to 30 psi is required. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection makes it compatible with standard tapped ports and gauge cocks used throughout the trade. The liquid-filled design is especially appropriate in high-vibration or pulsating-pressure environments where dry gauges would wear prematurely or produce erratic readings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection and a 0 to 30 psi measurement range in industrial, HVAC, or plumbing service.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, pipefitter, or mechanical technician in accordance with applicable local codes and system design requirements. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing an existing gauge or threading in the new unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT connection — do not overtighten, as this can damage the gauge socket. Verify the pressure range of the system does not exceed the 30 psi maximum rating of this gauge during operation or transient conditions.
