The ASHCROFT 95086XLL is a dry, analog pressure gauge built for trade and industrial service where accurate, readable pressure measurement is required. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a compound range of 30 to 0 to 60 psi, allowing technicians to read both vacuum and positive pressure on a single instrument. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. At 0.25 pounds, the unit is compact and straightforward to integrate into existing piping or instrumentation setups.
This gauge is suited for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and light industrial applications where monitoring system pressure at a panel, manifold, or line connection is required. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch threaded connection allows direct installation into standard NPT ports. The no-fill, dry-gauge design avoids glycerin or silicone fill, making it appropriate for installations where fill fluid contamination or temperature-related fill expansion is a concern. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and service contractors are the typical installers.
Designed as a direct-mount replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems with standard 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount ports, including HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial piping applications requiring compound pressure measurement.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician, plumber, or qualified service technician. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid and pressure rating; do not overtighten, as stainless gauge connections can gall if forced. Verify the pressure range of the gauge is suitable for the system operating pressures before returning the system to service.
