The ASHCROFT 94920 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in a wide range of mechanical and process applications. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 60 psi range and reads through a polycarbonate lens mounted over a stainless steel case. The Bourdon tube is constructed from 316 stainless steel, offering strong resistance to corrosion and moisture. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. The gauge connects via a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount fitting, making it a direct-fit option for panel or manifold installations where rear entry is required. It is a dry, non-liquid-filled gauge.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and industrial process piping where accurate pressure indication is needed at the point of service. Center back mount configuration is commonly used in panel-mounted instrument assemblies, boiler rooms, pump stations, and mechanical rooms. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and millwrights typically specify this style of gauge for permanent installation on pressurized systems. The 3.5-inch dial provides clear readability at close range in tight mechanical spaces.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial and mechanical systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount analog gauge in the 0 to 60 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid and pressure rating to the NPT threads before installation. Do not use the gauge body or dial housing for leverage when tightening — use a wrench on the hex of the process connection only.
