The ASHCROFT 94919XLL is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The gauge uses a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and stainless steel wetted parts throughout, making it well suited for corrosive media and wash-down conditions. The polycarbonate lens resists impact and moisture. A 1/4-inch MNPT center back mount connection simplifies installation in panel or pipe configurations. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the MNPT threads per IPC and IFGC guidelines, and do not overtighten, as this can damage the Bourdon tube socket. Verify the pressure range of the system does not exceed 30 psi before placing the gauge in service.
