The ASHCROFT 94887XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in demanding mechanical and process applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and 1 percent of scale accuracy, making it suitable for systems where reliable readings and corrosion resistance are both required. The stainless steel case (304/316 grade) and 316 stainless steel wetted parts, including the Bourdon tube, stand up to moisture, chemicals, and harsh environments. The polycarbonate lens provides clear dial visibility. This gauge is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors across a wide range of commercial and industrial settings.
The 94887XLL mounts via a 0.25-inch MNPT center back connection, making it a natural fit for pipe manifolds, pressure test points, compressed air lines, water systems, and other low-pressure fluid or gas circuits in the 0 to 30 psi range. It is a non-liquid-filled gauge, meaning it is suited for environments with low vibration where additional dampening is not required. Its IP54 and IP65/NEMA 4 ratings make it appropriate for both indoor and outdoor installation where water ingress protection is needed.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement industrial pressure gauge for low-pressure piping, compressed air, water, and process fluid systems requiring a 0.25-inch MNPT center back mount connection and a 0 to 30 psi measurement range.
This gauge is typically installed by licensed plumbers or mechanical contractors. Depressurize the system fully and isolate the line before threading the gauge into the port. Apply appropriate thread sealant tape to the MNPT threads and tighten to snug plus a quarter turn by hand before using a wrench — avoid over-torquing stainless fittings. Follow applicable local codes, including IPC and IFGC, for pressure gauge placement and service requirements.
